Jaymi, Josh and JJ had originally auditioned as a three piece called Triple J, but Louis selected soloist George to join the group, recognising their potential as a four. They have since played to sold out arenas around the country on the X Factor tour, signed a record deal with Sony Music and recorded their first single to be released in June 2013.
