Daniel Mazmanian is the C. Erwin and Ione Piper Dean and Professor of the School of Policy, Planning, and Development at the University of Southern California. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science. Paul Sabatier is a Professor in the Department of Environmental Science & Policy at the University of California, Davis. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
