Anamorph

Detective Stan Aubray is called in to investigate a series of elaborate and gruesome murders which are similar to a case that has haunted him for years. The murders attribute the mysteries of anamorphosis, where different perspectives reveal hidden meanings, clues to the crime, and, for Aubray, something more personal. As the elusive killer peels away the layers of Aubray's life, an alternate version of the detective's history is eerily revealed, and doubts surface as to what really happened years earlier. Paralysed by a sense of remorse - Aubray must finally confront the possibility he's been dreading...and denying.
