I'd become a version of myself I no longer recognised. Not just in the last couple of hours, but the last few of years if I were honest. If I were brave enough to face the reality of who I'd become, who I'd allowed myself to become because it would be easier. It was expected.

Getting dumped, having a gun held to her head, living on the run and rescuing a beautiful, troubled man was not what Alex had in mind for her first trip to Paris.

Alex is good at following the rules, doing what is expected, until she meets gypsy living, surfing Tom Harrington who looks like has everything together and found a way to live outside the box. When she's invited to join her new friends on a trip to the beach (she's already in Paris after all, it'd be a shame to waste her trip), how can she say no?

But when Tom's past comes for him, will Alex forgive the lies? Will Alex find the strength to make the choices she needs to keep them together? Is she willing to risk everything for Tom?

Alexandra Deen is an action packed story about that one great love, friendship and family and choosing the life you want to live.

Tamara lives and writes in Adelaide, South Australia where the sun shines beautifully across the grape vines in the nearby wine regions and the most beautiful beaches on the planet. She writes contemporary women's fiction with smoking hot heroes and a few bad guys to keep her heroines on their toes. She is a writer, hiker, food grower, TV addict and book nerd. She has been writing forever and between then and now has lived a hundred lives which sometimes influences her work (but rarely the people in case you see yourself, the hot heroes might be another story, but they're probably not you either!). She listens to Kasey Chambers and George Michael and has addictions to green smoothies, doritos and chocolate sultanas but nothing in the world feels as good as writing.
