At AUGoods, we aim to make our returns process clear and fair. Please review the details below before making a return request.
WHAT can be returned?
Most items can be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
Change of mind returns are accepted, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Some items may be excluded from return due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product listing.
Items that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Change of mind returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or damaged items should be reported as soon as possible so we can assist promptly.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All returns must be sent to the return address provided by our team once your return request has been approved.
Please do not return items without approval, as this may delay or void the return.
HOW do customers return items?
To request a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page or your order history and include:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Photos if relevant
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
SHIPPING for returns
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us in line with Australian Consumer Law.
CREDIT for returns
For approved change of mind returns, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
In some cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered as an alternative.
In store return option?
AUGoods operates as an online only store. We do not offer in store returns.
Packing materials
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
Items should be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components supplied.
